Se'Pio the Illithid is the short's main villain and another one of my favorites from 2023. All I really did to make him short-ready was paint his textures all nice and give him a really basic eye rig (no eyelids, just some directional gaze control). He has these long nasty fingers and curled nails, and a slightly glittery texture that is typically found on molluscs in the real world.

In the short, he has his minions kidnap Polymnia and take her to the house whose basement he is currently operating out of, to mind-control her. She won't be made into a mindflayer in the short, but I wanted him to essentially puppet her around in some of the fight sequences I have planned.
